Refund Policy
At Canivra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all products are shipped with proper quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
-You received a damaged product
-You received a wrong product
-The product is expired at the time of delivery
2. Return Request Timeframe
-You must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery
-Requests made after this period will not be accepted
3. How to Raise a Request
Please contact us with the following details:
-Order ID
-Clear photos or video of the product showing damage/wrong item
-Description of the issue

4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
5.Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
-Opened or used pet food
-Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
-Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
-Discounted or clearance items (if mentioned on product page)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
8. Final Decision
All refunds and returns are subject to inspection and approval by Canivra. Our decision will be final in case of disputes.
📌 Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for opened, used, or partially consumed pet food, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
